This Return Policy has been drawn up based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (apart from the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to indicate the reason, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer (with the exception of the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Thus, in the case of exercising the right of free withdrawal, any purchase made in the store can be returned within a period of 14 days after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
If the customer intends to exercise the right of Free termination of the contract, he must complete and deliver any unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract. ● Date of receipt of the order;
● Number of products and/or services purchased.
Upon receipt of the request for free termination of the contract, a response will be given as soon as possible, in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).

In order for a purchase to be eligible for a return, the items purchased must be in the same condition as they were delivered. It will also be necessary that they be returned in the original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.
They will not be accepted for return.̧are customized or exclusive products for which there has been an approvaļprior notification by the customer, via e-mail.
The return must always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.

Reimbursement
The refund of the value of the product(s) will be made within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the free resolution decision.
Mimoarte.com is not obliged to refund additional return costs as a different and more expensive method of collection of the product(s) than the one presented by us. In the event that Mimoarte.com requests the collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will begin after the proper reception of the product(s). The customer will be notified by email regarding this process.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
If you don't receive your refund within the stated period, please try to double-check your bank account. If you still do not confirm the deposit of the amount, also try to contact your bank manager. Shipping costs
Shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be refunded, as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.
The customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to the return of the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.
We cannot guarantee that items are returned or that they arrive in identical condition as when they were shipped.

Mimoarte.com offers a shipping method that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order such as weight, value, destination region and shipping method.
Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:
- Destination region;
- Weight;
- order value and
- CTT tariffs, which may undergo periodic updates.
Likewise, shipping costs will be automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
The offer of shipping costs on orders with a certain minimum purchase amount will only be applicable for deliveries in Mainland Portugal and the Islands.
Shipments via CTT Normal or Registered Mail to mainland Portugal and islands
When choosing the CTT Registered Mail shipping method, orders are sent via CTT.
For mainland Portugal, shipping between 2 to 5 working days;
For the Azores, shipping between 7 to 15 working days
For Madeira, shipping in about 5 working days
These deadlines are indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, deadlines may be extended due to transport limitations.

How the order is processed
The shipment of an order will be made through registered mail and only after validation of the payment.
The expected delivery time may vary according to the shipping service contracted or depending on the timeframe provided for in the description of the shipping method.

All of our items are handcrafted and some take longer than others to make. In addition, there is the order affluence factor. Some items can take up to 4 weeks to ship.
