  • Can I place an order on Mimoarte.com and receive it in another country?

No,through the store, Mimoarte.com only sells to Mainland Portugal and the Islands. For other countries, please contact us via email: geralmimoarte@gmail.com

  • Do I pay shipping costs to receive my order?

For purchases over €60, shipping is free for mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira Islands. For orders under €60, the cost of postage depends on the weight and the type of registration, whether by regular or registered mail. This value will appear when ordering.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

If the item is available on the website, you will receive the item (between 3 and 5 working days for the mainland, and between 7 and 15 days for the islands) after payment for your order.

If it is a made-to-order item, the description of that item will contain this information.

If it is a personalized or exclusive item, it will be informed in the quote or after agreement. 

  • Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order from one unit of everything available on the site. You have to bear in mind that in single items you can only buy the unit that is available.

  • What are the shipping options?

Our shipments are made through CTT. Orders are delivered by hand between 9 am and 6 pm.

Orders are sent by regular mail, but the customer is advised to choose registered mail. Because the mimoarte.com is not responsible for loss. The customer will have to activate this option.

  • Do store prices include VAT?

No, because mimoarte.com is registered under a VAT exemption regime. In other words, as Mimoarte.com is registered under a VAT exemption regime (VAT exemption regime [art.º 53]), the articles will be sold without VAT.

  • Can I cancel my order?

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. It is requested that you inform Mimoarte.com through the following email address: geralmimoarte@gmail.com

If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be delivered and the customer will be able to refuse it.

After we receive the order again, we will refund the amount in full. mimoarte.com is not responsible for possible delays in handling the cancellation of orders.

Exceptions: Personalized or exclusive orders cannot be canceled.

  •  Can I return my order?
    The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he may do so via email geralmimoarte@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form available at mimoarte.com.

   When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. Mimoarte.com must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order, proof of payment and return form.

   The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

 

Returns will not be accepted.ão customized or exclusive products for which there has been an approvalão prior by the customer, via e-mail.

  • I saw an article on the website or on social networks and I would like to buy one, how can I do it?

All Mimoarte.com items are unique pieces as they are handcrafted and we couldn't make two alike. But it is possible to do something similar, so the customer can order a reproduction of the article he saw by email. However, there are exceptions in the case of exclusive articles, where they will only be reproduced with the authorization of the customer, who purchased them.

  •  When I looked through the site, I saw that there is the same article model but with different prices! 

   Yes, Mimoarte.com creates articles with the same model in different materials. That is, the same model can be made in recycled PVC fabric, in leather, in burel, in fabric or in a mixture of materials. As the materials are different the value is also different.

  •  Are all mimoarte.com items unique pieces? And can they be customized?

   Yes, the items are handcrafted and therefore each item is different from the other, then mimoarte.com always tries to do something different in the pieces it creates, even if they ask us to reproduce it.

   The customer can customize some of our items. These will be mentioned in the product description whether or not they can be customized. However, this personalization must be handled between the client and mimoarte.com via email. HThere are also articles that can be reproduced in more than one quantity, these articles will be identified: are made to order.

 

How to order a personalized item? 

Mimoarte.com is not just a brand of bags and accessories, it is a whole concept of a unique and environmentally friendly article.

We make exclusive and personalized unique items.

On the Mimoarte.com website, all items are available for immediate delivery. Just as there will be others that can be ordered and customized by the customer.

All items that are available, the customer can purchase them immediately.

In items that are only made to order, the customer chooses the type of item, quantity and/or color and accessories. Here it is necessary to send an email with all the information that you think is important, as well as a contact for in case there are any doubts about the order. After that choice, you will receive your order in the corresponding number of days depending on the type of item chosen.

We also make personalized and other exclusive items. In these cases, the purchase is made through contact by email, where all the information about your order is made. In these cases, you will receive a prior quote and after agreement between the company and the customer, the customer will have to pay 50% of the order. The rest of 50% will be paid before shipment.

 

There are several items that can be customized either by the customer (by sending images, which must not have copyright) or by mimoarte.com in agreement with the customer.

Values for customization:

For leather items with appliqués, where the customer makes a special request, the price varies between €4 for small pieces and €8 for larger pieces.

For items in personalized PVC canvas where the customer sends an image to be placed on the item, the price varies between €5 for small accessories and €14 for bags.
